2.Photos must be clear.
3.If you upload multiple photos they must have consistant names.(example: Scout-hugs-Violet.JPG,jpeg,ect.)
4.Please do not name your photos nonsense names like: ?>¿‡#$%^UY.JPG, or 426dbfdr*w0@#!.png.
5. Photos must contain content from the Scout and Friends videos.
