Penny is a young hamster who is friends with (and possibly lives with) Scout and Violet. She is also friends with Eli (even though she annoys him) and Axle. She was played by Sandy Fox.

She also most likely has a crush on Dash, as shown in Adventures in Shapeville park.

History

Phonics farm

In Phonics Farm, Penny is playing charades with Scout, Violet, and Eli. The three are trying to guess which animal Penny is pretending to be, and Penny acts out a chicken. Violet suggests that the four should go to her farm to see animals, and Axle takes them there. She has fun meeting alliterative animals such as the Athletic alligator and learning about letters.

Adventures in Shapeville park

In Adventures in Shapeville Park, Penny is building towers out of blocks with Scout, Violet, and Eli when they meet Dash, and they talk about Dash's wheels and the new playground at the park. Then Dash runs off, and Scout, Violet, Eli and Penny jump in Axle to go visit Shapeville Park. Then they use their knowledge of shapes to help Chewbert and Chomp build the playground.

Personality

Penny is active, lively, friendly, hyper, energetic, fun-loving, and sometimes annoying. She has a childish personality, so she might be the youngest of the main characters.

Appearance

Penny is an orange hamster with light pink ears and a light cream muzzle. She has a tuft of yellow hair on her head.

Relationships

Dash

Penny has a crush on Dash and is very interested in him, especially his wheels. Dash is friendly to her but sometimes shows off to try to impress her.

Eli

Penny often annoys Eli, but the two are still very good friends and play together often. Penny might have had a crush on him prior to Adventures in Shapeville Park, when she crushed on Dash.

Violet

Penny is very good friends with Violet and they play together often. Being the smartest in the group, Violet helps Penny and calms her down.

Scout

Penny is very good friends with Scout and they play together often. Scout drives Penny in Axle.
